I start decorating each year July 5th and finish Thanksgiving Day just in time to open for tours that night. I do this by myself with no help that way I know it’s done right. It all comes down each year and is put away by the end of January.

It takes 450 man hours to put this display together. It takes three weeks to take it down.
Where is your stuff?
My furniture is in storage.
How many items in the display?
There are more than 50 christmas trees, 6,000 ornaments, 70,000 lights, more than 100 Extension Cords and over 1000 animated figures.
Is it expensive to do this?
The electric bill is more than $1000 each year.
I spend more than $1200 on new decorations each year. I have already started shopping for next year.
Where do you keep all of this?
I have three storage sheds and a 14ft box truck that I store everything in. Everything comes down every year.
